Most stores are live within 15–30 minutes. You pick your garments, upload or select your design, set your pricing and close date, and share your link.
If your store closes a little short of the minimum, you have three options: extend the deadline right from your organizer dashboard to collect more orders, cover the small shortfall so the order still goes ahead (in many cases your organizer profit is enough to cover it, with a net payout still in your favour), or cancel — all buyers are automatically refunded in full. No one is charged unless the order is fulfilled.
Your markup is built into each item's price. After the store closes and orders are fulfilled, IZA sends your total profit directly to you. If there's a small shortfall in orders, the production cost to cover it is deducted from your profit first — in most cases your earnings more than cover it and your store can still proceed.

IZA prints all items and ships one bulk package to the organizer. When your store closes, your dashboard automatically generates a Distribution Pack PDF — one page per buyer, showing exactly what each person ordered, marked PAID. Use it to hand out items quickly and accurately on pickup day.
Yes — you can extend your close date anytime while your store is active, directly from your organizer dashboard. This is helpful if you need more time to spread the word or collect a few more orders before the store closes.
Yes! After a short hold period once your store closes, you can reopen it for a new round — great for annual groups or ongoing fundraisers. Each new round runs for a minimum of 7 days so there's always enough time for your supporters to order. Contact IZA to reopen your store.
